  2. This file could be a tar file containing a hierarchry of files
  3. corresponding to a ClickOnce-compliant application. The tar file
  4. could be untared/expanded and then deleted.  This would result in
  5. a hierarchy of files that could be used by outsiders with ClickOnce
  6. client software to obtain/install/update onto their computer the
  7. application. The users would point their ClickOne client at the NLM
  8. ftp server (ftp.nlm.nih.gov aka nlmpubs.nlm.nih.gov) and go to the 
  9. lpf folder to obtain the application.  One snag in this plan is that
  10. the ftp server software expects the incoming ftp request to be from
  11. user anonymous.  The ClickOne client software hopefully allows the
  12. user to specify that they are user anonymous and provide a password
  13. (always the user's email address).
