  2. Software Product Use Consent Contract
  3. ---------------------------------------------------------------------

  5.     You are permitted by PIXELA, Corp., according to the following use
  6.     consent conditions of this use consent contract (henceforth, 
  7.     "this contract") to the nonexclusive, nontransferable right to 
  8.     use the software program (henceforth, "this program") and its 
  9.     add-ons, such as the user guide.
  10.  
  11. Consented matter
  12.     You are granted the nonexclusive, nontransferable right to 
  13.     install and use one copy of this program on a single computer.
  14.     The primary user of this program may copy parts thereof for 
  15.     backup purposes,with all usage rights, as set forth in this 
  16.     contract, remaining exclusive to the primary user. 
  17.  
  18. Prohibited matter
  19.     This program cannot be used on a network. When it is used by two 
  20.         or more computers on a network, a royalty is required to be 
  21.         paid to PIXELA, Corp. for each additional computer.
  22.     Third person use or the use of this program by the method of 
  23.         re-use consent, transfer, distribution, loan, or others, is 
  24.         not allowed. 
  25.     You may not correct, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, or 
  26.         disassemble all or part of this program. You may not allow 
  27.         a third person to perform such an act.

  29. Termination of contract
  30.     When a customer reproduces this program or its add-ons without 
  31.     permission or breaks the above-mentioned consent conditions, this
  32.     contract is automatically terminated, and other legal action may 
  33.     be taken by PIXELA, Corp. Upon termination of this contract, this 
  34.     program, its add-ons, and all duplicates thereof, shall be 
  35.     returned to PIXELA, Corp., or abandoned.

  37. Guarantee and exemption from responsibility
  38.     This program, its add-ons, and the productions thereof, may not 
  39.     conform to your specific purpose, notwithstanding any 
  40.     representations, express or tacit. Moreover, PIXELA, Corp. does 
  41.     not guarantee that the functions of this program will agree with 
  42.     your needs, or that there are neither discontinuities nor errors 
  43.     in the functions of this program. PIXELA, Corp. does not take any 
  44.     responsibility for direct or indirect loss or damage accompanying 
  45.     or related to the use of this program, nor for any disputes 
  46.     arising between the customer and any third party related to use of 
  47.     this program or caused by this program.
