  6.  May not function on some video boards with "windows accelerator"

  9.  EXIT presentation with ALT + E.  On main menu, cursor keys move
  10.  highlight and enter as well as space makes the selection.  Within the
  11.  detailed sections, anykey (not just space) lets you go on, except
  12.  PgUp takes you to the previous screen, ESC and Alt+e go back to the menu.
  13.   
  14.  Press ALT+E to exit the presentation when you are finished!
  15.  (This is a kiosk application, so ESC doesn't work.)
