ReadMeOn some Macintosh systems white flashes occur at the beginning of videosequences. The frequency of these flashes can be reduced by copying theprogram to your hard disk and increasing the memory allocated to the Hi-5program file. To do this follow these steps:1. Create a new folder named "Hi-5" on your hard disk and open its (empty)window.2. Open the Hi-5 CD-ROM by double clicking on its icon.3. Hold down the command key and press A to select all the files.4. Drag the selected files into the empty Hi-5 window.5. Click once on the newly created Hi-5 file in the Hi-5 window.6. Hold down the command key and press I to opend the program informationwindow.7. Choose "Memory" from the drop down menu.8. Increase the numbers in the Suggested Size, Minimum Size and PreferredSize text boxes to reflect the amount of free RAM your system has. If, forexample, you have a Macintosh with 64Mb of memory, you could increase thesize to as much as 54,000.
