Transcription: High in his tower, Daedalus bored over plans for another Cretan worship. After a while he lifted his eyes from the plan and stared out at nothing. Unconsciously, his thumb began drawing figures on the tabletop. Eventually he got up and went to a set of drawers from which he pulled out first one plan, then another. It has been a while since I went through this drawer, he said to himself. Why and I have grown quite used to this prison. It is our home. Yet, Ariadne's reaction is the healthy one. Just as the healthy body rejects poison and vomits it up, Ariadne has finally rejected captivity.
