INSTALLATION
────────────
The bubble trouble package due to the memory space restrictions on the
cover disk has been written to run only in VGA 16 and CGA mono modes.
Other formats are available. (See the end of the documentation!)
Before you run the bubble program you must make available to it the
files which relate to the particular graphics card you are running.
This may be done simply by running one of the batch files BUBCGA or
BUBVGA. Once this is done you can play bubble trouble by simply typing
BUBBLE.
THE GAME
────────
The objective of the game is to be the first player to amount 5000
points in the least number of bubbles, the number of points you have
is represented by a horizontal bar at the top of the screen and the
number of bubbles you have used is shown with the score by its side.
You obtain points by laying down structures of bubbles of the same
colour either three horizontally, three vertically, three diagonally
or even more advanced structures shown in the game. Once you have
completed a structure the bubbles are removed from the play area. Your
score is multiplied by three if all of the bubbles are of the same
type.
Your progress is often hampered by the fact that bubbles can only
support a certain weight above them before they are crushed, the
weight and stress varies with the different types of bubbles. Weapons
are also available and different weapons have different effects on
different types of bubbles.
By the time you receive this program Version 1.3 of bubble trouble
will be finished. The new version has improved multiple level
intelligence, more bubbles and many more weapons. Supporting EGA
graphics also!

Commands included : plot, draw, colour swap, box, copy, scroll,
block, and many more functions available.
