  10. DESCRIPTION:  MAH JONGG is a solitaire game played with Chinese tiles.
  11. The rules are quite simple and easy to learn, but success in the game
  12. requires strategy and concentration.  The object of the game is to
  13. remove all 144 tiles from the playing surface one pair at a time.  To
  14. get started either read the .doc file, or just start up the game and
  15. view the help screens to learn how to play.

  17. REQUIREMENTS:  Mah Jongg runs in 640x350, 16 color graphics, thus an
  18. EGA or VGA card is required.  Alternatively, you can run in 720x348
  19. monochrome Hercules graphics if you have a Hercules compatible card.
  20. CGA, Tandy graphics, etc. are not supported and no version for these
  21. modes is available.

  23. SHAREWARE:  Mah Jongg is distributed as Shareware.  You are free to
  24. try the game and make copies for others.  If you continue to use the
  25. game, however, you must pay the author a registration fee of $15; in
  26. return you'll receive a copy of the latest version of the program, a
  27. setup utility and additional tile sets.  A "deluxe" version is
  28. available for $22 which includes a binder, printed manual and
  29. reference card in addition to the program itself.  Disk vendors may
  30. include Mah Jongg in their catalog; please see the file VENDOR.TXT
  31. for requirements.

  76. MAHJONGG:  Addictive solitaire game played with Chinese tiles.  Very
  77.            easy to learn but always a challenge to win.  Many game
  78.            options including timed games, tournaments, etc.  Also
  79.            allows loading optional tile sets (tile editor included).

  90.            at least ten tile sets.  Requires Mah Jongg v3.3 or later.

  92. CIPHER:    A word puzzle game, yet it uses hi-res VGA or EGA graphics
  93.            for displays (mouse optional).  Also will run in text mode.
  94.            Includes over 30 puzzles to solve; registered version comes
  95.            with over 200 additional puzzles.  You can also enter your
  96.            own already encrypted puzzles.  Additional puzzle disks are
  97.            available.

  99. SHOOT:     "Shooting Gallery" is a colorful arcade game with several
  100.            different rounds to test your aim and reflexes, including
  101.            skeet, quick draw, carnival type shooting range and a wild 
  102.            west shootout.  Uses 320x200, 256 color mode and a mouse to
  103.            play.  Requires VGA or MCGA.

  128. BASSTOUR:  (Written by Dick Olsen).  Game that simulates a fishing
  129.            tournament, including rod and lure selection.  Runs in
  130.            EGA/CGA/Hercules graphics modes.  Uses many of the
  131.            utilities from MOUSTOOL.  Do not order this game from

  140. These programs are probably available on your favorite BBS or from
  141. your favorite disk vendors.  To register them or to order direct, use
  142. the form in the file "orderfrm.txt" which is all ready to print.  The
  143. "deluxe" version includes the registered software on diskette, plus a
  144. binder and printed manual (some programs also include quick reference
  145. cards).  The standard version includes just the diskette with the
  146. registered software.  Note: the actual software is the same in both the
  147. standard and deluxe versions.  You can also use your VISA or MasterCard
  148. to order on-line thru the support BBS, Xevious, at 508-875-3618.  Use
  149. the command "DOOR 15" to order.
