  42. at the beginning of each practice and at the beginning of alternate speeds.

  44. On Fridays, UTC, a DX bulletin replaces the regular bulletin transmissions.
  45. On Tuesdays and Saturdays at 2230 UTC, Keplerian Elements for active amateur
  46. satellites will be sent on the regular teleprinter frequencies.

  48. In a communications emergency, monitor W1AW for special bulletins as follows:
  49. voice on the hour, teleprinter at hr+15, and CW at hr+30.

  51. W1AW is available for operation by visitors between 1 and 4 PM Monday through
  52. Friday.  If you desire to operate W1AW, be sure to bring a copy of your 
  53. licence with you.  W1AW will be closed on May 27, July 4 and September 2.
