  6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
  7.  
  8.         PCRelay is full-featured mail and file transfer
  9.         software for IBM PC's and compatibles.  Although
  10.         designed to run in a Bulletin Board environment, it
  11.         can be used to form file transfer networks or mail
  12.         networks based on mail systems other than BBS's.
  13.  
  14.  
  15. FEATURES:
  16.  
  17.   * Compatible with PCBoard 10-14, RBBS, GAP, EIS, QBBS,
  18.     WILDCAT and many other software packages - Multiple BBS
  19.     types can participate in the same network - PCRelay will
  20.     convert message bases on the fly as they go through the
  21.     network.
  22.  
  23.   * Networks can be of (basically) any size.  (Computer
  24.     simulations show that the software will not have
  25.     problems until you have a network of more than three
  26.     trillion nodes.  Of course, you have to have a large
  27.     enough harddisk and a fast enough computer to handle
  28.     it.)

  30.   * Files can be sent from node to node - intelligent
  31.     routing prevents nodes and hubs from downloading files
  32.     that are for other people.

  34.   * Special "distribution list" feature facilitates
  35.     distribution of files to groups of nodes.

  38.     protection.

  40.   * Special "delayed request" feature - you can request a
  41.     file before it becomes available - when it becomes
  42.     available, it is sent to you.

  49.     this facilitates sending of files through the network
  50.     from .BAT files or by shelling from other programs -

  52.     are designed to work with PCRelay's powerful file

  55.   * Supports BOTH PKZIP and PKPAK - each node can use
  56.     whichever they want - the HUB will determine which
  57.     compression utility to use based on the structure of the
  58.     file uploaded.

  63.   * Nodes can generate graphical reports of participation on
  64.     all of the nodes in the network on a conference by

  70.     between networks, protecting messages from being used by

  211.           granted a LICENSE to  use PCRelay only, subject to  the following
  212.           restrictions and limitations.

  214.                1)   This license is granted to the original purchaser only.
  215.                     It is not transferrable under any conditions.

  217.                2)   This  software may only  be used  on a  single computer
  218.                     system.  You may not use this software on more than one
  219.                     computer system.

  221.                3)   You may make backup copies of PCRelay for your own     
  222.                     protection, subject to the limitations of this license.

  224.                4)   You  may not  engage in,  nor permit  third  parties to
