  45. A NOS question (since I'm having troubles with it).   Why is it that when
  46. I do an   ne rou add ARA4 w0ljf-4 nos 192 w0ljf-4    and then try a
  47. n c ARA4, ARA4 is treated like the real name instead of the alias, e.i., 
  48. it tries to connect to ARA4 @ ARA4 and doesn't even go out over nos (nos
  49. being my symbolic name of the tnc)?

  71. Well your friend can do TCP/IP on ham radio but there are a bunch of provisos.
  72. The major proviso is that he must be a licensed ham.  The next is that the
  73. use of Amateur radio, in general, may not be for the purpose of replacing
  74. a common carrier such as the phone company.  Third,  you may not conduct
  75. business on ham radio.

  77. Your friend may have another important problem.  What's the status of Singapore
  78. in terms of third party agreements?  Someone out there in a position to know?
