- There are two different ways you can use GHSCP.
- 1.) If you specify a filename (e.g. "GHSCP FANTASY.HSC") it will load this
- module and play it. After pressing ESC in the player, it will return you
- to DOS.
- 2.) Starting it without filename, GHSCP will enter the interactive mode. You
- can choose the module(s) you want to hear out of a picklist. Pressing
- ESC in the player will return you to the picklist. If you want to return
- to DOS, you have to press ESC in the picklist.
-
- If there is any problem with the autodetection routine of GHSCP (which is the
- same as that from HSCOBJ) you can use "/P###" to tell GHSCP, which baseport
- your AdLib-Card uses. ### means the baseport in hex.
-
- Some words about the keys in the effect screen. If the vectors move too fast
- or too slow, try switching to another spped with the numeric keys. "0" means
- no additional delay, "9" means maximum delay. So there should be no problem
- even with a Pentium :-)

- A VERY BIG SORRY!!!!
- ────────────────────
- In v1.0 I forgot to give the credits... (thanks to Gumball/S!P... with his
- help I noticed that :-).
-
- Ok, now the credits:
- ■ HSC playing routines (HSCOBJ) by Chicken/Zwerg Zwack (ECR)
- ■ ModeX-Lib by Matt Pritchard
- ■ font used for the EyE-d-ALiSTiC "logo" in the player was found in
- Stargate BBS, don't know who made it
- ■ original vectorroutines by Rich Geldreich, I modified them a lot
- ■ includes HSCs written by NEO Software

- ───────
- ver 1.0 (09.11.94) first version of GHSCP
- ver 1.1 (09.01.95) some internal bugfixes, some new features:
- ■ added picklist. If GHSCP is started without giving
- the name of a module, it will enter some kind of
- interactive mode
- ■ simple sounddriven vectors (press F9 while GHSCP plays
- a module, +/- to choose another vector-model)

- If you have a problem with GHSCP, have an idea how to improve it or something
- like that...
-
- ■ call one of our HQs or Distros (have a look into EYE-D.NFO) and leave
- a mail for Dr/┤y (Michael Renzmann)
- ■ write a Fido-NM to Michael Renzmann (2:2461/314.9)
