  5.   (+) JOiN now is able to handle Conference names instead of only numbers.

  7.   (+) JOiN operates now with the commandline function `Q'uick-join as well
  8.       as `S'earch Conference Name (Further informations are written in your
  9.       PCBoard's Manual and of cause within your online `H'elp)

  11.   (-) The commandline jump to conference `0' (Main Board) was unable - has been
  12.       removed.

  14.   (-) There existed a Bug in Keyboard timeout due to the fact in which PCBoards
  15.       INKEY() (Checks out if user pressed a key) always updated the Keyboard
  16.       timout. This could have made some users (while getting asleep in (J)oining
  17.       a conference) staying in Board all the minutes they got without dropping
  18.       the Carrier after the normal Keyboard Timeout function which should've
  19.       thrown them to hell. This Bug has been removed because of adding a simple
  20.       (selfmade ;) ) timeout function ... lame huh ?

  22.   A message to all PPE coder:

  24.       This Bug occures in all PPE's which use the INKEY() command and always
  25.       wait for a keypress without obeying the Keyboard Time counter.
  26.       So, you should add a timeout function by yourself... PCBoard won't do
  27.       everything you expect it to do... (Sad but true ;) )

  29.       I tested a lot of PPE's and saw !NONE! which had an own timeout function!

  33.   (-) And again a bugfix... In some configurations JOiN added a free line
  34.       at the bottom of the conferences... should be removed by now.
