  2. "WinGrab" is a TSR ( Terminate and Stay Resident ) program  for Microsoft
  3.  
  4. Window 3.0, it grabs the whole screen into the clipboard.
  5.  
  6. NOTE:    1: Its a freeware, source code and EXE file are included.
  7.  
  8.     2: I only test it on 16 and 256 colors VGA drivers.
  9.        It may not work on the driver for 24 bits graphics card.
  10.  
  11.     3: Beware of the amount of the free memory. For a 640*480 256 colors 
  12.        Bitmap, about 300K bytes are needed.
  13.  
  14.     4: If you want to re-complie the program, SDK 3.0 is needed.
  15.        Otherwise, just runs wingrab.exe.
  16.  
  17.     5: The Clipboard program included in Window 3.0 does not automatically
  18.        create a PALETTE when displaying a DIB( Device Indenpent Bitmap ).
  19.        So for 256 colors images, what you see in clipborad is not what you
  20.        really get.
