The NOMSSI Viewer reads and displays images archived in files in Windows BMP,
GIF, PCX, TIFF and TGA files formats. Once loaded, the images can be palette
edited and dumped to a palette colour TIFF file. The NOMSSI Viewer has
mouse support, slide show support and online help (Press F1).
It requires a PC with a Super VGA graphic cards running DOS 3.3 or higher.
The SVGA chipsets
Acumos, Ahead, ATI, AL2101, Chips&Tech, Cirrus, Cirrus54, Compaq,
Everex, Genoa, MXIC, NCR, Oak, Paradise, Poach, PRIMUS, Realtek,
S3, Trident, ET3000, ET4000, Video7
and the VESA extensions should be autodetected, allowable screen resolution
are found.
You may want to use The Universal VESA TSR, a stand alone program
copyright (C) 1993 by Kendall Bennett. Look for the file UVESAxx.ZIP at
godzilla.cgl.rmit.oz.au: /kjb/MGL
or at SIMTEL20 msdos/graphics directory

Problem:
The VESA get modeinfo call (4F01h) may hang up some machines (bug?).
Use the -V switch to disable VESA mode checking.
Hotkeys
General
Alt + Key select an active Option. Press left Alt-key *together*
with the lightening letter.
(i.e. Alt + S for "SlideShow", Alt + A for "Scan",
Alt + N for "Name").
Alt+F3 Close window
ESC Cancel the current operation.
Enter Confirm a vaild input/selection
TAB select (highlight) the next field in a dialogbox.
Help: F1 Open Helpwindow
F5 Zoom/restore size of the active helpwindow
Ctrl+F5 Change the size and/or position of the active window
File: F3 Open dialogbox "Load an image file"
Space bar select (tag/reverse tag) file. Needed for Slideshow or
for group copy
Gray + tag all files
Gray - clear all tags
Gray x or * reverse all tags
F10 go to the menubar
F7 copy file(s)
F8 slide show
Options: F9 Open dialogbox "Options"

"The NOMSSI Viewer" is SHAREWARE. It is requested that all users comply
with the following licensing and registration provisions if they use
The NOMSSI Viewer on a regular basis. Should you find this program useful,
please, register it. You will got the latest release of "The NOMSSI Viewer".
The user fee for this Sofware is DM 34,- or US$25 (see REGISTER.FRM).
You may copy and distribute verbatim UNMODIFIED copies of these Sofware as
long as its remains in it complete form with all support files, documentation
files and this license agreement. You may charge a distribution fee for the
physical act of transferring a copy.
You may not copy, sublicense, distribute or transfer The NOMSSI Viewer
