  18. Summary:  BLD2GIF is a 'universal' 300x200x256 color GIF conversion utility
  19.       since any picture that can be viewed and captured with VGACAP can
  20.       be converted to 320x200x256 color GIF pictures.  VGACAP 'bsaves'
  21.       screen and palette files for use in any BASIC program.  Pictures
  22.       'bsaved' by VGACAP can be edited with VGACAD.
