  5. The CHANGE DIMENSION command is used to alter any of the dimension
  6. parameters for existing dimension entities. This allows you to change
  7. selectively the text format, layout parameters or arrowheads without
  8. redrawing the dimensions.

  15. The command will act upon all entities selected via IDENTS.

  20. The modifiers for the CHANGE DIMENSION command are exactly the same as those
