  1.  AVI Frame Rate Changer v1.01 by [Blight].

  4. This program will allow you to alter the
  5. frame rate of a previously created
  6. AVI file.
  7.  
  8. Just press the browse button and open an
  9. AVI file, if the current frame rate seems
  10. weird, DO NOT apply new frame rates or
  11. you may ruin the AVI file.
  12.  
  13. Full sources are included, feel free
  14. to translate into C++ for a smaller
  15. executable (give me a mention though).
