  8. using this software.  Use of this software indicates your acceptance of

  14. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the software
  15. for a 21 day evaluation period; make as many copies of the Shareware
  16. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact
  17. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
  18. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified
  19. form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  21. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
  22. for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software
  23. and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise)

  29. Evaluation and Registration

  31. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this software
  32. for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21 days.  If you
  33. use this software after the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee
  34. of $5 is required.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank,
  35. and should be sent to C. Michael LaMantia, 1891 Braeburn Park Drive, 
  36. Euclid, Ohio  44117.

  38. One registered copy of Quick Launch may be dedicated to a single person 
  39. who uses the software on one or more computers or to a single workstation
  40. used by multiple people.

  42. You may access the registered version of Quick Launch through a network,
  43. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software
  44. covering all workstations that will access the software through the
  45. network.

  47. Governing Law

  49. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

  51. Disclaimer of Warranty

  53. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without
  54. warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties
  55. whether expressed or implied.  Because of the various hardware and 
  56. software environments into which Quick Launch may be put, no warranty of fitness 
  57. for a particular purpose is offered.

  59. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly
  60. tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  The user must
  61. assume the entire risk of using the program.  Any liability of the
  62. seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of
  63. purchase price.
