  19.  The use of Note Manager 1.00 is subject to the following terms and conditions.

  21.  Title To The Licensed Software

  23.  Title to the licensed software is NOT transferred or sold to the end user.
  24.  The end user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the software
  25.  on a SINGLE computer or computer work station.

  27.  Copyright Protection

  29.  Note Manager 1.00 is copyrighted material. It is protected by the copyright laws
  30.  of the United States.,

  33.  You may make copies of Note Manager 1.00  under the terms of this section.

  35.  You may use Note Manager 1.00 on a thirty (30) day trial basis, thereafter you must
  36. register the software or remove it from your system(see order.txt for registration).

  38.  Limited Warranty

  40.  Mike Owens does not warrant that the licensed software will meet your
  41.  requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted
  42.  or error free. The warranty does not cover any media or documentation
  43.  which has been subjected to damage or abuse.

  45.  ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
  46.  FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THE EXPRESS
  47.  WARRANTIES. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied
  48.  warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

  60.  licensed software. This includes, but is not limited to, computer hardware,
  61.  computer software, operating systems, and any computer or computing
  62.  accessories. End user agrees to hold Mike Owens harmless for any problems
  63.  arising from the use of this software.

  71.  Limited License To Copy The Software

  78.  ->  Public Domain Disk Vendors May NOT CHARGE a fee for Note Manager 1.00.
  79.      However you may include Note Manager 1.00 on a diskette/CD-ROM for
  80.      which you charge a nominal distribution fee. The purchaser of said
  81.      diskette must be informed in advance that the fee paid to acquire the
  82.      diskette does NOT relieve said purchaser from paying the Registration
  83.      Fee for Note Manager 1.00 if said purchaser uses Note Manager 1.00.

  88.     Note Manager 1.00 for downloading by their users without written permission
  89.     ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may be charged
  90.     for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS CHARGED FOR
  91.     DOWNLOADING Note Manager 1.00.

  93.  Evaluation and Registration

  96.  This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this
  97.  software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  98.  days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  99.  a registration fee is required.  Payment can be in
