  2.     Backdrop is two Windows utilities:
  3.     - single color wallpaper
  4.     - draw your own screen saver

  10.     To Install:
  11.        You need VBRUN300.DLL, which is commonly available on most
  12.        bulletin boards. You may already have the file. Put it in your
  13.        path in the Windows\System directory.
  14.  
  15.        Copy all files in backdrop.zip into an empty subdirectory on your
  16.        hard drive. From the Windows Program Manager, choose File New, 
  17.        and Browse to find backdrop.exe. Then choose OK.
  18.        Run backdrop.exe. Do NOT copy any files from this package into the
  19.        Windows directories. This software does that for you.
  20.  
  21.     Backdrop 1.1 (bkdrop11.zip) contains several last minute
  22.     bug fixes. It effectively replaces Backdrop 1.0 (bkdrop10.zip)
  23.        - the screensaver will now stay up in communications
  24.          programs
  25.        - The lines from the solid wallpaper have been removed.
