  42.     Since we have no idea about CPU speed, do it every minute for
  43.     10 minutes. Effect on the CPU should be minimal, except that
  44.     it will be the fast speed as soon as possible.

  46. - accurate vs. inaccurate guess at remaining battery time
  47.  
  48. - optional TOPMOST position. This forces the icon to always be visible.
