  9.     The TOGGLE BOOLEANS Mood Ring senses your emotions through
  10.     your Windows cursor. To use the Mood Ring, run the program
  11.     and then click on the Mood Ring icon using the righthand
  12.     mouse button and hold the button down until the Mood Ring
  13.     warms up.  If you have assigned a function to the right
  14.     button using a mouse manager such as Mouse Warp, you can 
  15.     click with the left button while holding down the Shift 
  16.     key instead.

  21.     information services or can be ordered from Toggle Booleans
