  9. Limited Software License Agreement:
  10. The Software License Agreement Set up the Conditions and terms for use
  11. and transfer of the Software.  With a payment of $25.00 you may use the
  12. Software on one computer at a time only.  You may make one (1) Copy for
  13. backup purposes only.  There is a thirty (30) day use period to see if you
  14. wish to Register the Software and use it for a longer period.  You may
  15. NOT use any portion of the Software in part or in whole for any purpose
  16. other than originally used by the Author.  This printed Agreement is the
  17. whole Agreement, and does not include anything other than what is in this
  18. written Agreement.

  20. Shareware distribution:
  21. This Software (named 'Master Trek') Version 5.0, a multi level play 'Trek
  22. Game, is distributed by means of 'Shareware Distribution' method.  Which
  23. means that you can make copy(s) to give away, as long as all files from
  24. the author are included and NO files are added to the compressed file. The
  25. original copyright notice is included without modification.

  27. Limit of Liability:
  28. The Software and Documentation (Text) files are provided AS IS without
  29. warranty or guarantee of any kind.  The user of the Software assumes all
  30. responsibility for its use.  NO Warranty or is expressed or
  31. implied, including but not limited to implied warranties for merchantability
  32. and fitness for a particular purpose.  In NO way will ROMCOR be liable
  33. for any loss, be it profit or any other commercial damage.  Included, but
  34. not limited to special, incidental, consequential or any other damages.

  36. limited warranty:
  37. ROMCOR Warrants that the original distribution diskette is free of defects
  38. in material or workmanship if ROMCOR Distributed the diskette. If you
  39. received the diskette from another source then ROMCOR disclaims this
  40. warranty.  ROMCOR will replace the defective diskette when received post
  41. paid at no additional charge.  The remedy for this breach of warranty is
  42. limited to replacement only and shall not cover any other damages.

  45. ROMCOR and Master Trek are trademarks of ROMCOR. All other products are
  46. trademarks or registered trademarks of the respective owners.

  48. Copyright:
  49. Master Trek is Copyright 1979 - 1993 by ROMCOR and Richard W. Fike, all
  50. rights reserved. No part of the software code may be used in any way
  51. other than as used in the Master Trek game.

  53. Requirements:
  54. To run the game Master Trek a 386 or 486, VGA 640x480 display, 4 Meg RAM,
  55. and Windows 3.0, 3.1 is required.  A Hard Drive is recommended, but the game
  56. can be played from/on a 1.44  3 1/2 inch Floppy Diskette. A future sound
  57. added version will require a Hard Drive and Sound Card compatible with
  58. windows sound files for play.

  62. With payment of $25.00 the registering person is granted a limited use
  63. Software License. ROMCOR retains ownership of the game software and the
  64. Software License in NO way transfers ownership of the game software.
