  3. This archive contains only two files.  This readme file and the latest
  4. release of Perfect Box Version 4.5.  Check the date and time stamps of
  5. your current "BOX4_5.EXE" file to see if the update file from this
  6. PERFNEW archive is newer than your original.  
  7.  
  8. You may want to check in with UCF Health Topics BBS on a weekly basis
  9. if you want to keep track of the most recent postings of the PERFNEW 
  10. file.  (407-281-5522)

  12. If you do not have a copy of the PERF450.ZIP archive, you will have to 
  13. download it for the other important files required by Perfect Box.

  15. Many of the changes to Perfect Box come about from requests from Registered
  16. Users.  These requests take first priority.  Custom printer definitions
  17. are possible.

  24. This release fixed a number of bugs related to the Quad-Plot Set-up 
  25. menu and added the /NOMOUSE switch.

  28. This release dated 12-25-89 fixes a crash to the O/S if you tried to 
  29. run a Quad-Plot with a trace toggled with the F2-F4 keys without 
  30. actually loading data with the F6-F8 keys.

  33. PERFECT.CTL file structure addition. (Delete your old one and
  34. reinstall!)
  35. I added the ablity to move the "current data in RAM" directly
  36. to traces 2-4 in the Quad-Plot Set-Up menu, without having to 
  37. first save them with F7 in the Output Menu.  This should speed
  38. things up a little.

  41. Simple addition to the BOXDATA reports area to allow selection
  42. of "Beginning" and "Ending driver record numbers during report
  43. generation.

  47. Added the ability to create a "blank" BOXDATA4 file in the directory
  48. of your choice (the directory must exist though!)  Choose "C" to 
  49. change the BOXDATA4 file path.  Enter a new path.  PB will ask if 
  50. you would like to create a new file there.

  53. Still another PERFECT.CTL control file structure change.
  54. Squashed a bug with the printer I/O error trapping routine.
  55. Defeated the Mouse Confine Cursor function in all menus.  This should
  56. allow all users to reach the lower portion of the QUAD-Plot screen
  57. to invoke the mouse calibration procedure.  
  58. Added tokens to the QUAD-Plot traces for easier identification of
  59. each trace on printer hard-copy.
  60. Fixed a bug which made record # one load from the Browse function
  61. after loading from the Store function.  
  62. Added printer setup strings in Install routine for the IBM and 
  63. EPSON modes to change the "Graphics Line Spacing" and Left/Bottom
  64. Margin offsets.
  65. Added user adjustable Color Palette changes in the QUAD-Plot screen.
  66. You can change these colors now as you "Write" the current defaults.
  67. Excursion Limit Plot functions available in the QUAD-Plot for
  68. Registered Users only.  (Remember, PB is not freeware-if ya use PB,
  69. and need this important feature, support the author.)
