  3. DISKCOMP is an external command that compares two entire diskettes. A virtual
  4. disk defined to have exactly the same number of sectors as the diskette can 
  5. be used as one of the diskettes.

  12. /1 tells DISKCOMP to compare only a single side (the first) of the two 
  13.     diskettes in a high-capacity or double-sided 5 ¼" drive.

  15. /8 tells DISKCOMP to compare only the first 8 sectors of each track on the 
  16.     two diskettes, even though they may have 9 or 15 sectors. Sectors per
  17.     track are described in the NEW-TERMS DISKETTE topic.

  19. DISKCOMP won't work with disks on another computer in a network. DISKCOMP
  20. should not be used with ASSIGNed, JOINed, or SUBSTed disk names.
