  3. The national language support function program lets you change code pages 
  4. using CHCP without having to modify CONFIG.SYS and reboot the computer. It 
  5. can be included in CONFIG.SYS, for convenience. If [d2:][pathname2]COUNTRY.SYS 
  6. is not present on this line, this line must follow the COUNTRY line in 
  7. CONFIG.SYS. If this line is not included in CONFIG.SYS, NLSFUNC can only be 
  8. executed once, and must be executed before CHCP is used. See the NEW_TERMS
