  4. RAMDRIVE.SYS is used to specify optional virtual disk(s). RAMDRIVE.SYS is 
  5. like VDISK.SYS (which it replaces on some systems), except for the memtype 
  6. options. See the VDISK.SYS topic for information about virtual disks and a 
  7. description of the kbytes, sectors, and d-entries options.

  9. <kbytes> minimum is 16, maximum is 4096, default is 64.

  11. <sectors> 512 is the default. Other values are 128, 256, and (on some 
  12.     systems) 1024.

  14. <d-entries> minimum is 2, maximum is 1024, default is 64.
  15.  
  16. /memtype specifies that the virtual disk should not go in conventional memory, 
  17.     but in expanded memory (/A), extended memory (/E), or upper extended 
  18.     memory of an AT&T 6300 PLUS (/U), instead.

  20. Any DEVICE=DRIVER.SYS lines should preceed all DEVICE=RAMDRIVE.SYS lines.
