  5. COUNTRY establishes the date format and code page to be used. The DATE command
  6. topic describes date formats.
  7.  
  8. ccc specifies the country code to be used. This determines the date format
  9.     BACKUP and RESTORE will use when selecting files by modification date.
  10.     It also determines the currency symbol and decimal separator used.
  11.  
  12. yyy specifies a specific default code page to be used instead of the one 
  13.     normally used with the country code.
  14.  
  15. [d:][pathname]COUNTRY.SYS specifies the location of the COUNTRY.SYS 
  16.     information file. The SELECT command is used to place a COUNTRY.SYS 
  17.     file on a disk.
  18.  
  19. Different vendors may use different values for ccc, which are derived from the
  20. international telephone system. 001 (United States of America) is assumed if
