  1. This version of emacs is still built with SAS C.  It also requires
  2. David Gay's unix emulation library, which can be found in the unix
  3. subdirectory here.  You may have to go through some contortions to
  4. recompile it though.

  6. The files in amiga-extra are various things I received in the emacs
  7. distribution from David Gay, but didn't have any time to examine
  8. very closely, so they are stuck there in limbo for the time being.
