  172.     Remove item #35 (it just says "cvs admin" is cheesy, which isn't
  173.     specific enough to be useful).  Rewrite #39 to be specific about
  174.     what would be nice in having branches track each other.  Remove
  175.     item #46--I'm not sure what it means and if it means that one
  176.     should check in with "cci" or some such instead of "cvs ci" then
  177.     that is an installation hassle and a minimal convenience.  Add
  178.     item #180.

  219.     different.  This patch leaves hooks in the form of CVS_ACCESS,
  220.     CVS_CHDIR, CVS_CREAT, CVS_FOPEN, CVS_MKDIR, CVS_OPEN, CVS_OPENDIR,
  221.     CVS_RENAME, CVS_RMDIR, CVS_STAT, and CVS_UNLINK to accomodate
  222.     these differences.
