  3.   Are you a mirror site of papa.indstate.edu?  If so, please
  4.   let us know!  We are constantly striving to keep our mirror site
  5.   database up-to-date, but we need your help doing so. 
  6.   Due to the difficulties some mirrors have encountered in the 
  7.   last few months trying to get into the site. We have setup a 
  8.   Mirror Class anonymous FTP login that includes all the 
  9.   addresses of the Official mirror machines. If you are a mirror and
  10.   want your address added to this list please email us.

  14.   We are ALWAYS looking for mirror sites all over the country. At this 
  15.   writing, the WINSOCK-L file area consumes approximately 4.1 Gigs.
  16.   We "grow" about 160Mb per month.  If you have a reliable network
  17.   connection, ample disk space, and a Unix machine (not necessarily
  18.   mandatory), you can become a mirror site.

  20.   Mirroring during odd hours like 5-6 am localtime would probably be best,
  21.   however we don't enforce any specific mirroring times.

  23.   We distribute software in the hope that it will be useful, but without
  24.   any warranty.  No author or distributor of this software accepts
  25.   responsibility to anyone for the consequences of using it or for
  26.   whether it serves any particular purpose or works at all, unless he
  27.   says so in writing.

  29.   If you do go ahead and mirror "WINSOCK-L", We would like to ask a
  30.   small favor of you. Would you please send us the FTP site name and path
  31.   leading to the mirrored archive so We can add it to the database of
  32.   official mirrors of "Winsock-L".
