  5. XURL (URL eXtractor) is a utility which can extract URLs, typically in 
  6. the form "http://..." from files. The URLs are compiled into an HTML 
  7. document with each URL turned into a clickable link which can be used 
  8. to surf the net using CAB or other web browser. This means that you no 
  9. longer have to write them down and then re-key them into your browser. 
  10. XURL makes it easy.
