  23. XURL (URL eXtractor) is a utility which can extract URLs, typically in 
  24. the form "http://..." from files. The URLs are compiled into an HTML 
  25. document with each URL turned into a clickable link which can be used 
  26. to surf the net using CAB or other web browser. This means that you no 
  27. longer have to write them down and then re-key them into your browser.
