  16.  o CTS#70767 Unhandled exception occured on scanning some files
  17.  
  18. Recommendation: Applying this post-release fix is strongly recommended

  21. TECHNICAL DETAILS
  22.  
  23. CTS#70767 description:
  24. Scanning certain files causes an unhandled exception in the AVP scanning
  25. engine and initiates reloading of the engine. E-mails processed during
  26. this time will produce error messages and will be quarantined.
  27.  
  28. The hotfix solves the issue.

  48. HOW TO APPLY THE POSTFIX LOCALLY
  49.  
  50. o Unpack all files from the package into a temporary folder on the
  51.   local machine.
  52.  
  53. o Open this folder in Windows Explorer and then double-click 
  54.   "fsavmse662-09.fsfix".
  55.  
  56. o Note: Applying this hotfix does not require a reboot.
