  2.   This site provides characters on a registration basis. You may use the
  3. "guest" character (no password) to look around for a while. If you wish
  4. to have a character, please contact kris@paul.rutgers.edu via e-mail and
  5. supply three different character names and a password (which may be changed
  6. by you later).

  8.   Unfortunately, this is the only way we can control the rapid growth of
  9. unused characters and access for obnoxious users. Our apologies....
