on October 5th you wrote me this:

Just wondering...does that mean that someone at TSR is ever going
to read such feedback from its customers on the Internet?
I also know that people have been debating this on the newsgroups
and sending complaints and feedback to your email address, since
presumably you can forward such things to higher-ups at TSR, Inc.
What's the story?
What happens to such feedback?
Is anyone listening?

It's stored, then sorted by topic, then distributed to any management
team member who makes a request for info on that topic. When topics
start, or existing topics heat up, I pass a special "alert" notice to
all of the management team. My department manages mail and text flow,
and handles info requests and special research on those topics.
Among the million other things we do simultaneously, of course...

So, is the Internet debate about TSR considered a topic that has
"heated up"...?

:) Yeah...
