  1. Welcome to the SORD archive!

  3. Please read the file 0.README for information about compressions and
  4. suffuxes used in this archive, and for general ftp information.
  5.  
  6. This is the general gaming area for all SORD files of the wais.com archive 
  7. (/pub/games/general/SORD) and will continue to grow as the game does.
  8. Currently, the files in the Index are:
  9.  
  10. SORD    --the base system which is 2nd Edition.  1st Edition only exists
  11.     in print.  The SORD 3rd Edition will be out soon.  Maintained
  12.     and written by Galahad@LELAND.Stanford.EDU (Scott Compton).

  14. SORD_setting    --this was the first created SORD Setting (fantasy)
  15.         used with the System Of Role Development.  Maintained
  16.         and written by Galahad@LELAND.Stanford.EDU (Scott Compton).

  18. SORD_CHAR    --the SORD character sheet used with the 2nd edition
  19.         game.  This is the e-mail version.  Maintained and
  20.         written by Galahad@LELAND.Stanford.EDU (Scott Compton).

  22. SORD_mutatis    --a SORD setting based on cyberpunk/mutations.
