Greetings to all and sundry :)
About 3.5 years ago, I started work on the chapters which are to follow.
I wrote a prologue, and about half of a first chapter, and posted them
to (I believe) rec.games.frp., to go alongside such works as "Adaz &
Sutekh."
I left the story well enough alone for quite some time (about 1.5 years)
before deciding to hunt it down and kill it (read: "continue butchering
the storyline"). Boudwejin Meyers (and *please* pardon me for the spelling:)
was kind enough to track down the original story for me, and I (wisely)
decided it was in dire need of an editorial pen.
I haven't done as much work as I would have liked in the past two years
on it, but I think I've actually started to get somewhere with it. I
can be reached at the e-mail address quoted above
(v073pzuy@ubvms.cc.buffalo.edu), and I would have asked for anonymity
had I not desired any responses to my writing :)
However, not only am I the Hair Club President, I'm also...err, rather,
not only do I want responses, I WHOLE-HEARTEDLY ENCOURAGE THEM, especially
as responding to such messages gives me a good excuse not to engage in
the painful and ofttimes mind-screwing effort that is The Craft ;)
A FAQ will be created if interest warrants it (ie., if there are enough
questions - and if they're asked frequently!;). This is a work in progress,
and the progress is such that a number of things may seem incomplete (I'm
talking about the noticeable lack of a set ending/viewpoint to Chapter 3,
as well as the brief, incomplete dream account that constitutes what is,
in name only, "Chapter" 4).
You have been warned :) I welcome any questions, comments, criticisms,
suggestions, backrubs,...sorry, I've been sitting at this terminal far
too long...
