  24.       The year many regard as Bob Dylan's best, with the famous World Tour
  25.   spanning North America, Australia and Europe and the recording of one of
  26.   the best rock albums ever, BLONDE ON BLONDE. In July Bob Dylan's life
  27.   life was saved by a motorcycle accident.

  32.   January          A faked interview is conducted over the phone with Nat 
  33.            Hentoff, in response to Playboy's "editing" of the
  34.            original interview. This often cited interview is later
  35.            published in the March 1966 issue.

  37.   January 25       First BLONDE ON BLONDE session with The Hawks in New York.
  38.  
  39.   January 26       Dylan appears in the early morning talk show of Bob Fass,
  40.            participating in a two hour long phone-in.

  42.   February         Release of the single 'One Of Us Most Know/Queen Jane

  45.   February 4       The North American tour continues with a show in Louisville,

  53.   March 12         Robert Shelton interviews Dylan on a flight between Lincoln,

  82.   April-May        The European leg of the World Tour is again filmed by

  217.   The audience tapes from this period are generally very poor. Only Pittsburgh,
  218.   February 6 is listenable. The tape from Stockholm is very fragmentary.
  219.   The guy who taped this concert supposedly had a Beatles concert on the
  220.   other side of the tape and therefore only taped the beginning of most songs!
  221.  
  222.   The PA tapes are on the other hand very good and have been widely bootlegged
  223.   through the years.

  397.   Eat The Document was filmed in Europe April-May 1966 as a sequel to Don't Look
  398.   Back. It as directed and filmed by D.A. Pennebaker and edited by Bob Dylan and
  399.   Howard Alk two years later in the summer of 1968. Eat The Document premiered
  400.   at the New York Academy Of Music, February 8, 1971.

  402.   Eat The Document documents Dylan's tour of Europe back-stage, on stage and
  403.   off stage. It is filmed in colour and runs approximately 52 minutes.
