  13.   using the 'Add/Remove Programs' applet in the Control Panel.

  37. answer questions and resolve serious bugs for the first 
  38. three months after registration.  For problems involving a 
  39. specific hardware or software environment or feature, we 
  40. may choose not to modify the program.  In that case, if a 
  41. problem is reported within three months after purchase, 
  42. then we shall offer to refund the user's purchase price.  
  43. If a bug prevents you from evaluating EZ Macros for 
  44. Windows during the first 30 days (prior to purchase), 
  45. American Systems  will attempt to assist but is not under 
  46. obligation to resolve issues beyond our control.
