By accepting this license agreement and installing the EZ Macros software, the user accepts full responsibility for any macros created by them using this product. The user also accepts sole responsibility for the content and actions of all macros they may create and any damage that may occur on any computer system where those macros may be run. It is agreed that under no circumstances shall American Systems, or any of its employees, be heldliable, in any way, for any damages arising from the use of this product or the macros generated by it by the user.
American Systems accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from its use and makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This software is provided "AS IS", and you, its user, assume all risks when using it in addition to accepting full responsibility for the actions of any macro, EXE or otherwise, created by you.
