<p>There's even an option to upload your own photo and fill out a "PC or Mac personality survey" for others to guess "where your allegiances lie." In addition to the usual questions, the survey asks what you associate with (cocktails or beer, safety or risks, folder or "scruncher," texting or calling, dj or bands, voyeur or performer) as well as five yes or no "have you ever" questions (borrowed someone else's ID, forgotten mother's day, "wagged" school, gone skinny dipping, or snuck into a cinema without paying). This is pretty cool -- it's <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/mikeywally/4694915595/in/photostream/">a bike-mounted iPad-controlled stereo</a> spotted at a recent meetup for a group of BMX riders. There's not a lot of information on how it was all put together (maybe if user Mikey Wally sees this, he can tell us more in the comments below), but it looks like the <a href="http://www.tuaw.com/tag/iPad/">iPad</a> is secured with a handlebars mount, and then it's plugged into a speaker that's stuck on the front. Assuming it is secure (and I hope it is, otherwise you're going to have a very broken iPad), it seems like a pretty wild way to make your music mobile. As we've discussed before, <a href="http://www.tuaw.com/2010/04/16/ipad-sprocket-pocket-signals-bicyclists-intentions/">having an iPad on a bike</a> can be handy in certain situations.</p>

The mod is probably most famous for <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ae6ovaDBiDE">its Rube Goldberg-style creations</a>, but it's also very handy for machinima and other graphic model design as well. It's not so much a game as a way to just create all kinds of wacky machines and computer characters, and have them interact in whatever way you'd like.</p>

The answer is yes. According to new data revealed by Hitwise Digg is shedding traffic both in the US and the UK at shocking rates. Recall that the new Digg launched this past August 25th and take a look at these charts:</p>
<p>The only word that I can summon is ouch. If you place your cursor between the demarcation lines of the 21st and 28th of August (where the launch date, the 25th, lands) and then glance at the following trends it is an almost shocking descent.<br />
According to Hitwise calculations, from the end of August to now traffic from UK Internet users to digg has declined by 34%. In the US, which is diggs primary market, visits have dropped by 26%. That does not factor in immediate losses between the 25th of August and the 31st of that month.<br />

Instead of seeing a small bunch of icons that I could easily recognize and navigate, I literally had dozens of icons on my applications Grid. <p>A stock alert this morning showed AAPL at 288.04, which is a new 52 week high as well as the highest price the company's stock has ever reached. </p>
<p>Although we're getting close to October, the traditional month of stock market crashes, it's good to see that our favorite consumer electronics company is doing this well.</p>
<p>As this post was being written, AAPL was up over $289 a share.

That generally means that they're about to ship. Customers tell us that the charges began to show up overnight and into this morning.</p>
<p>The online Apple Store still lists the shipping time as 2-3 weeks. I haven't ordered one myself, but the Netflix feature alone makes it very tempting. Start looking for yours soon. </p>
