<p>Neon Software Announces CyberGauge for Windows 95/98/NT Powerful,<br />
Stand-Alone, Internet Bandwidth Measurement Utility</p>
<p>LAFAYETTE, CA - January 19, 1999 -- Neon Software announced today a<br />
Windows version of their powerful Internet bandwidth measurement<br />
utility CyberGauge. CyberGauge, with graphical output capabilities,<br />
uses SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) to monitor and analyze<br />
the throughput of virtually every Internet router available on the<br />
market. Additionally, CyberGauge is used to determine bandwidth<br />
utilization on many network-connected devices, such as switches and<br />
hubs. CyberGauge couples high-end functionality with affordability<br />
