You can draw your own frames using the Frame tool from the toolbox. Click the Frame tool to select it.

Now, press and drag the tool diagonally. Then release, to set the frame.

You can adjust the size of the frame by clicking and dragging a sizing handle with the Pick tool.

In the Placement roll-up, you can position and size the frame precisely by selecting values in the numeric entry boxes.

Now, let's reposition the frame and dress up the newsletter by adding some clipart.

Click on the file menu and choose Mosaic roll-up. When the roll-up opens, choose a directory containing clipart. Then, just click and drag the file into the frame. It's that easy.

If you would like the text to wrap around the graphic, click the right mouse button on the selected frame and choose Auto wrap. You can adjust the path by clicking and dragging the nodes using the node edit tool.

As you move the frame into a paragraph, you'll notice that text flows around the path rather than the frame.
