  1. The program will not run without Visual Basic 4 runtime files.
  2. Those can be obtained from various sites on the net, and will allow 
  3. you to run any other VB4 programs. If you are currently using some 
  4. other VB4 applications then you should not have any problems to run
  5. Pegsolo as well without any additional installations.
