  1. PictureBook Professional is an easy to learn authoring software package for Windows 3.x. 
  2. The package is designed for professional use with the MicroEye 1C Board, the MicroEye 2C MovieBoard and the 
  3. MicroEye PictureBook Board.

  5. Training and presentation systems
  6. PictureBook Professional allows users to create interactive, icon-controlled multimedia applications 
  7. and databases, e.g., for information systems, video guides, presentations, training systems. PictureBook 
  8. Professional combines text, graphics, images, sound and image sequences e.g., from laser disk players, 
  9. CD-ROM's, U-Matic recorders and video recorders.

  11. For authors and agencies
  12. Users can edit picture books intuitively and creatively. Texts, graphics, photographs, sound and animations
  13. can be arranged in any order on linked screen pages. When you call a page, the edited activities run automat-
  14. ically, e.g., a film sequence. Actions can also be triggered to start after a specific time or after a 
  15. set number of images in a film sequence. You can place fields on each page with 3-D buttons that call additional 
  16. information, other images and live videos or jump to different screen pages.

  18. Image databases and catalogs
  19. You can add reference texts to digitized images and arrange them in hierarchical order through linked screen
  20. pages. By entering search terms, you can easily find photographs, live videos and additional information. You 
  21. can export images and screen pages to other applications under Windows 3.x, for example, to DTP programs.
