This is a fancy driver for KEYBOARD.LIB. It returns a character
or descriptive phrase for ANY key pressed. Note, though, that the
<Alt> + <keypad number> combinations will be rendered as their
equivalent <Ctrl> + <letter>s. (Alt-1 = Ctrl-A, etc.)
