  13.    The file SYSOPS.TXT is a file for SysOps who would like to find out
  14.    how to carry BoardWatch magazine, the premier computer communication
  15.    magazine, online on their bbs. Carrying BoardWatch can really enhance
  16.    the value of subscription based systems by providing your users
  17.    with timely and usefull information about hardware, software and
  18.    telecommuncations. Board Watch is also published as a regular magazine
  19.    and is available via US mail on a monthly basis. BE SURE TO READ THIS
