  3. REQUIREMENTS: * Users on sysop's system must agree to the rules given in
  4.                 PROGNET.DOC, as well as the sysop
  5.               * Sysop is responsible for his users; he must remove them from
  6.                 the network (not necessarily his system) if his/her users
  7.                 cause too many problems.
  8.               * System must be capable of supporting .QWK/.REP packets via
  9.                 built-in or external support. To my knowledge, PCBoard,
  10.                 UltraBBS, and Wildcat! can support this by way of doors or
  11.                 internal support.
  12.               * Minimum 2400 BPS.
  13.               * Tagline MUST include the word "ProgNet" someplace
  14.               * All BBS's are required to carry the Central and Admin
  15.                 conferences.
  16.               * Regionals MUST go through the ProgNet host system (The
  17.                 Programming Lynk); all others can take their pick.
