  4.          Within the file library, you will find numerous files on
  5. almost every aspect of the "UFO phenomenon". They are obtained from
  6. a wide variety of sources, not the least of which is from interested
  7. users who have added their contributions. It is hoped that both the
  8. number, and quality of the files can be enhanced by your own additions.

  10.          If you have an opinion, or particular area of expertise which
  11. is related in some way to the study of UFOs, then by all means, compose
  12. a file for upload to our library. Relevant news reports, and articles are
  13. also encouraged, particularly those relating to current events.

  15.          With regards to the 5-Star "rating" system found within the
  16. library, please understand that this is only a rough guide used to point
  17. out particular "interesting" files. It is highly subjective, and is not
  18. to be interpreted as representing the view's of <<UFONET>>, nor as an
  19. endorsement of the content there within. As mentioned elsewhere, <<UFONET>>
  20. does not have an official editorial policy, although no such restrictions
  21. are placed on the views of individual Users or Sysops. Remember, none
  22. of the information within is to be sold, but is for personal use only.
